2010: The ‘Global Vaccine Action Plan’ Begins
In January, 2010, the United Nations, World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Dr. Fauci, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation used the World Economic Forum at Devos to plan the ‘Global Vaccine Action Plan’, which Bill Gates called the “Decade of Vaccines”.
On the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation website, you can find the 2010 press statement, entitled, ‘Global Health Leaders Launch Decade of Vaccines Collaboration | Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’, in which, the following was said about the “Decade of Vaccines”.
“NEW YORK — The World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have announced a collaboration to increase coordination across the international vaccine community and create a Global Vaccine Action Plan. This plan will build on the successes of current work to achieve key milestones in the discovery, development and delivery of lifesaving vaccines to the most vulnerable populations in the poorest countries over the next decade.
The collaboration follows the January 2010 call by Bill and Melinda Gates for the next ten years to be the Decade of Vaccines. The Global Vaccine Action Plan will enable greater coordination across all stakeholder groups – national governments, multilateral organizations, civil society, the private sector and philanthropic organizations — and will identify critical policy, resource, and other gaps that must be addressed to realize the life-saving potential of vaccines.
The structure of the Decade of Vaccines Collaboration includes a Leadership Council to provide oversight for the planning effort, a Steering Committee that holds the primary responsibility for developing the action plan, an International Advisory Committee to assist the Leadership Council in evaluating the action plan, and a Secretariat for administrative support.
Prof. Pedro Alonso, Director for the Institute for Global Health of Barcelona and Dr. Christopher Elias, President and CEO of PATH, have been appointed co-chairs of the Steering Committee and the Secretariat.
“Vaccines are miracles,” said Prof. Alonso, “For just a few dollars per child, vaccines prevent disease and disability for a lifetime. We must make sure that people understand that vaccines are one of the best investments in health.””

The most troubling (and telling) quote made regarding the “Decade of Vaccines” was made by Prof. Alonso, who said; “We must make sure that people understand that vaccines are one of the best investments in health.”
Knowing what we know now, in 2020; my question is, what do you (the Reader) think, they did to “make sure that people understand that vaccines are one of the best investments in health”?

Still think the Coronavirus event isn’t a planned global medical fraud; being perpetrated by the United Nations, World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Dr. Fauci, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation?
In 2015, Bill Gates made a very alarming statement about bringing human carbon emissions, down to “near zero”. He said, “This is something that has to get to zero.
Now, we put out a lot of carbon dioxide every year — over 26 billion tons. For each American, it’s about 20 tons. For people in poor countries, it’s less than one ton. It’s an average of about five tons for everyone on the planet.
And somehow, we have to make changes that will bring that down to zero. It’s been constantly going up. It’s only various economic changes that have even flattened it at all. So we have to go from rapidly rising to falling, and falling all the way to zero.
This equation has four factors, a little bit of multiplication. So you’ve got a thing on the left, CO2, that you want to get to zero, and that’s going to be based on the number of people, the services each person is using on average, the energy, on average, for each service, and the CO2 being put out per unit of energy.
So let’s look at each one of these, and see how we can get this down to zero. Probably, one of these numbers is going to have to get pretty near to zero [chuckles]. That’s back from high school algebra. But let’s take a look.
First, we’ve got population. The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s headed up to about nine billion. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10% or 15%. But there, we see an increase of about 1.3.“

For Bill Gates, it’s clearly not all about money. The money is a means to an end; and the end, to Bill Gates, is about eugenics and population control. He bragged in 2015 that he could lower the world’s population by 15%, with the use of “new vaccines, health care, and reproductive health services” (doing what His eugenicist father never could)! 15% of the world’s population would add up to 1,020,000,000 people being eliminated (making it, by far, the largest genocide in human history). If Bill Gates’ Coronavirus vaccine was really meant to improve health; the global population would get larger, right? But, that’s not Bill Gates’ stated goal. Bill Gates’ goal, is to lower the population, as you heard him say! And how is He going to lower the population? As He said, in 2015… with “new vaccines, health care, and reproductive health services”… Let me ask you… Is it a coincidence that Bill Gates is now, in 2020, is pushing the idea of mandatory vaccines, to “save us”?
The truth is, the “new vaccine” Bill Gates was talking about in 2015, is the Coronavirus vaccine being pushed by Him today, in 2020; and it’s not going to make you immune to the virus (and improve your health)… It’s actually just going to give you a vaccine-strain version of the Coronavirus (then, you really will get sick, and possibly die).
In the words of Dr. Judy Mikovits… “This is treason. This is cover up. The motive, is cover it up; and then, force everyone to get the vaccine, so they can say you had it all along!”
In Bill Gates’ own words, the vaccines are meant to “lower” (i.e. kill off a massive portion of) the population, not heal the population. The truth is, Bill Gates Sr. and Bill Gates Jr. are not the “generous philanthropists” people think they are; that’s just a cover… In reality, the Gates family, is a family of generational genocidal eugenicists (no better than the Nazis). When talking to Colbert, on April 24, 2020, Bill Gates actually referred to His and UN’s global plan of force vaccinations, as the “Final Solution”. Do those words sound familiar to you? If you don’t know, the “Final Solution” was the code name of the Nazi’s plan of mass genocide during World War II. After listening to Bill Gates, it seems the “Final Solution” is still a dream of the global “elite”.
As for Bill Gates’ TED Talk (it really makes you wonder), does Bill Gates even understand the basics of plant growth and the Carbon cycle? Carbon dioxide is a good thing for plants and humans alike; not a bad thing. All humans naturally exhale carbon dioxide into the environment, and all plants need the carbon dioxide to live and grow. The more carbon dioxide the plants feed on, the longer and larger plants will live and grow; and the more oxygen will get pumped into the environment for humans to breath. Did you know, that a lack of oxygen, weakens the immune system? Which, defeats the purpose of “saving lives”.
No carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, would mean less plant growth, and less oxygen in the environment, which, in turn, would mean smaller plant life, which would mean less for Humans to eat, globally! In short, it would lead to mass deaths, globally. “Nearly zero” Carbon Dioxide emitted by Humans literally means that nearly every Human is dead. Obviously, less plant life, means less oxygen, means eventually less people, or “nearly zero” Human life!
To put another way… All humans exhale carbon dioxide; if there was “near zero” Human carbon emissions, than there would be “near zero” Human life on Earth! (Remember the Georgia Guidestones?… “Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.”)
2017: Dr. Fauci’s Prior Knowledge of the Coronavirus “Outbreak”
Bill Gates wasn’t the only one who seemed to know the Coronavirus event was going to happen in 2020, before it actually happened. Dr. Anthony Fauci made a similar statement in 2017, during a forum on pandemic preparedness at Georgetown University, that would lead us to believe that He too had knowledge of the 2020 Coronavirus event before it ever happened!

Don’t you think it’s odd that the two main parties (Bill Gates and Dr. Fauci) that were involved with the 2010 Global Vaccine Action Plan, or “Decade of Vaccines”, are now, in 2020 (exactly one decade later), the same people who are forcing the whole world to take a forced vaccination, or life will “never go back to normal”? First off; that’s clearly extortion. The secondly, to enforce such a law, would obviously go against our human rights (no matter what people like Alan Dershowitz say). What Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates are now doing to America is treasonous; but what they are doing to the world, will go down as the greatest (medical) crime against humanity in human history! No one can make you put something into your body! We have choice! Doctors are there to offer advice only; they cannot dictate to us! 2019: Event201, and the Global Coranavirus Simulation Drill, and Preparation for the Live Event
On October 18, 2019, nearly one month before the first official case of Coronavirus in Wuhan, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation partnered with John’s Hopkins University to hold Event 201! The Event 201 exercise took place in New York, and this was the stated purpose; “Event 201 was a 3.5-hour pandemic tabletop exercise that simulated a series of dramatic, scenario-based facilitated discussions, confronting difficult, true-to-life dilemmas associated with response to a hypothetical, but scientifically plausible, pandemic. 15 global business, government, and public health leaders were players in the simulation exercise that highlighted unresolved real-world policy and economic issues that could be solved with sufficient political will, financial investment, and attention now and in the future.
The exercise consisted of pre-recorded news broadcasts, live “staff” briefings, and moderated discussions on specific topics. These issues were carefully designed in a compelling narrative that educated the participants and the audience.
The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, World Economic Forum, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation jointly propose these recommendations.”
… “The next severe pandemic will not only cause great illness and loss of life but could also trigger major cascading economic and societal consequences that could contribute greatly to global impact and suffering.” (Again, how could They possibly know that all of that; unless They were in the process of making sure it happens! Notice, how They, said “The next severe pandemic will…”; not “The next severe pandemic may.”… The Key word is “will”.)

Among the public health leaders sitting on the Event 201 panel, was the Head of the Chinese CDC, but why would the Head of the Chinese CDC be such an important “player”? Why did he need to be there? Perhaps, because China was perhaps the most integral “player” in the global health fraud, known as the “Coronavirus outbreak” event, that would take place, just one month later, in Wuhan, China!… It looks like “Event 201” became the severe pandemic; not the other way around! The virus, is a total fraud.
As we all know, on October 18, 2019, the “Coronavirus” was NOT YET a major public health concern! How can They plan for a pandemic, that didn’t even exist at the time? You need data to do that… and They had none to go on at the time! That, is beyond suspicious.
It’s clear, at Event 201, the United Nations, the World Health Organization, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Head of the Chinese CDC, and many other (globalist) heads of business and politics, were planning to “lockdown” society, shut down small businesses and travel, implement martial law and eugenics (forced vaccinations), quarantin (extort) the people of the world, and introduce Malthusian tactics on a global scale; even though, in October of 2019 (when Event 201 took place), the first “Coronavirus” outbreak in Wuhan had NOT EVEN OCCURRED YET!!!
The evidence supports that those who attended Event 201 had prior-knowledge that the “Coronavirus” event would happen; because they planned it! Which is clearly, fraud!
It’s either the oddest coincidence in history; or the political, and corporate “elite” of the world knew exactly what was going to happen, before it actually happened… Because they planned it!
There, at Event 201, They casually discussed how the “Coronavirus” came from “pigs” (which goes to further show that the whole event was a fraud), how to implement martial law, eugenics and forced vaccinations, and even Malthusian tactics on a global scale)!
There’s no doubt, backdoor deals and investments have been made, and they plan to capitalize on their fraud at some point in the very near future, by forcing their vaccination on the whole world, whether people are sick or not. When he was speaking, in October, 2019, there had been no mention in the news of a “Coronavirus” pandemic!!!
What international business men (like Rockefeller and Gates) and organizations (like the United Nations) have done, is manufacture a fake “global emergency situation”, in an effort to co-opt the authority of the National healthcare systems of the world, their National leaders, and the voting power of a Nation’s people. In my opinion, it’s largest medical fraud the world has ever seen… A total corporatist coup! The “Coronavirus” is being used, globally, as an excuse, to bring in a system of global corporatism (or fascism) and total control; by merging state and corporate power. And as Benito Mussolini rightly said, “Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.”
2020: Dr. Fauci’s Incongruent Coronavirus Statements
What’s more regarding Dr. Fauci… In an April 22, 2020, press conference, Dr. Fauci, once again, displayed his powers of divination, or time travel, or something, when he told us the future; saying, “There will be coronavirus in the fall.” Which, I’m sure, is an easy task to perform, if you have prior-knowledge of the events to come (being on the Leadership Council of the ‘Global Vaccine Action Plan’ and all, with Bill Gates, in 2010). Clearly, Bill Gates and Dr. Fauci have conspired, with the United Nations, to bring about the “Coronavirus” event… “There will be more Coronavirus in the fall.” How could he know that? No doctor (no matter how much of an “expert” they claim to be), could possibly know exactly when a virus will spread… Unless, of course, he or she knows something that the rest of us do not. Remember… He didn’t say, “there may be”, or, “there could be”; Dr. Fauci said, “There will be coronavirus in the fall.” What’s actually funny about him saying that, is that, it’s normal for viruses to spread in the Fall. Everyone knows that; you don’t have to be a genius to make such a statement. We’ve always known that (it’s basic information)… but, we never stopped loving freedom, and we resorted to shutting down the entire world, because of a Flu (because, everyone would have laughed at the very thought). But, call the virus something new, entirely different, and the people won’t know what to think about it.
The odd thing, is that there actually will be a much bigger outbreak of the Flu in the Fall, but you don’t see Dr. Fauci (or anyone else for that matter) worried about the Flu, at all! Why shutdown everything for the Coronavirus in particular; then, pretend that other viruses, like the Flu and Pneumonia, are less of a threat, when we know they actually kill more people?
The bottom line is, when one looks into the ‘Global Vaccine Action Plan’ (of 2010), and the timeline of global events that took place during the last decade (including this year, 2020), the research will reveal a major conflict of interest between the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Dr. Fauci, the World Health Organization, GAVI (the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunizations), the Global Vaccine Action Plan, or “Decade of Vaccines” (held in 2010), Event 201 (held in 2019, which solidified the “Coronavirus” fraud), and the culminating live Coronavirus event/fraud (held in 2020), as well as the “forced vaccinations” and “ID2020” (that are most likely coming in 2021).
Dr. Fauci knows exactly what he’s doing when He says, “There will be coronavirus in the fall.” It’s called extortion. “Second wave” propaganda and programming has already been installed in the “masses”; and naive people all over, are now expecting it to see it happen. And it will happen; because the globalists (and corporatists) of the world (like Bill Gates and Fauci), will make it happen; one way or another. “By hook, or by crook”, as They say.
Clearly, the “second wave” means the second wave of martial law; not the second wave of the Coronavirus. With every “wave”, they will take the opportunity to introduce more and more “martial law” (authoritarian/dictatorial) measures. What Dr. Fauci’s essentially doing, is prepping the people to accept the next big fraud (which is all leading towards globalism, and corporatism).
Dr. Fauci never even really saw the Coronavirus as a real threat! Or, least that’s what he told the New England Journal, on March 26, 2020; saying, “This suggests that the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%.” That’s what he told the New England Journal, but for some reason, he continues to lie to, and scare, and extort the American people. Here’s the full quote…
“If one assumes that the number of asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic cases is several times as high as the number of reported cases, the case fatality rate may be considerably less than 1%. This suggests that the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%) or a pandemic influenza (similar to those in 1957 and 1968) rather than a disease similar to SARS or MERS, which have had case fatality rates of 9 to 10% and 36%, respectively.” https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMe2002387
Now, compare that March 26, 2020 quote (above) Dr. Fauci made to the New England Journal, with this March 25, 2020 quote he made (just one day earlier), and you’ll see that not even Dr. Fauci believes what’s He’s saying, when he does Coronavirus fear-porn propaganda pieces, with people like, NBA star, Steph Curry (of all people)… “I’d like to get the people in the country to realize that we are dealing with a serious problem. It’s something that we’ve modified our lives [for],” Fauci told Curry. And even if you don’t have symptoms, you can still carry the virus and pass it on to love ones, which is important for young people to know, he said.
But also, people shouldn’t be unnecessarily scared, according to Fauci.
“We’re going through a period of time now where we’ve got to, as a country, pull together. Don’t get frightened. Don’t get intimidated. Use [that] energy to be able to confront it and do the kinds of things that will put an end to it,” Fauci said.” – Dr. Fauci told NBA star, Steph Curry, on March 25, 2020.
Dr. Fauci is clearly lying to the American people! On March 25, 2020, He says, “I’d like to get the people in the country to realize that we are dealing with a serious problem. It’s something that we’ve modified our lives [for].” Then, the very next day, on March 26, 2020, Dr. Fauci goes on to tell his buddies at the New England Journal the exact opposite message; saying, “This suggests that the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%.”
In short, the “Coronavirus” deaths are not, at all, reaching “pandemic” level numbers (and it doesn’t look like they never will). A case fatality rate of “approximately 0.1%”, is not what anyone would call a “serious problem!” Ask yourself, why does Dr. Fauci keep spreading Coronavirus fear? Also; why is Dr. Fauci telling the truth to his medical colleagues, but lying to the people at large, when at the same question (pertaining to the Coronavirus death rate)?… At this point, it should be abundantly clear!… Because, Dr. Fauci is nothing but a globalist con-man (puppet) and traitor!
2020: Forced Global Vaccination and the Culmination of the ‘Decade of Vaccines’ (Global Vaccine Action Plan)
So, why did Bill Gates call the ‘Global Vaccine Action Plan’ the “Decade of Vaccines”? Well, now you know. What happened at the end of “Decade of Vaccines”, in 2020 (the Coronavirus event), was planned; in 2010, and again, in 2019. Did the “Coronavirus outbreak event” and “lockdown” successfully meet the goals of the 2010 ‘Global Vaccine Action Plan’… to “make sure that people understand that vaccines are one of the best investments in health”?
I think so. The Coronavirus has become the perfect tool (or rather, perfect exuse) for the elite, to get away with any sick “population control measures” they wanted to do to us in the past, but never could. Now, They could roll out martial law… and “it’s all for our own safety.”
So, you see, the year 2020, marked the grand culmination of the ‘Global Vaccine Action Plan’. It culminated with the pre-scripted “Coronavirus outbreak event”, the “lockdown”, the shutting down of small businesses, forced quarantines and vaccinations (martial law)! Clearly, the Coronavirus did not just naturally come about. The Coronavirus event was planned years ago, all the way back in 2010, in New York; not in China!
When you connect all the dots, it becomes clear; what Bill Gates is trying to pull off right now, all around the world (under the umbrella of United Nations), is a “One Health” corporate monopolization of the entire global healthcare industry (it is important to note, that in United States antitrust law, monopolization is illegal). That is precisely the reason why we are know seeing the power of National leaders being usurped by United Nations medical “experts”, all National laws are being abolished to follow the World Health Organization’s health “recommendations”; and the heads of corporation (unelected men like Bill Gates) have managed to usurp (by means of extortion) the very voting power of the people!
Ask yourself… How could they have prepared for a pandemic that didn’t even exist at the time? And what are the odds, that the very same people involved with the ‘Global Vaccine Action Plan’, or “Decade of Vaccines” (in 2010), are the same people now (in 2020), who are trying to push “forced vaccinations” on (literally) the entire world?
The greatest threat to truth, justice, and freedom has little to do with the “Coronavirus”; and a lot to do with globalism (coming from the United Nations), and the corporatism (of business leaders, like Bill Gates). Let’s face it… When They create the problems around the world, and the world still continues to honour them, and beg for their “solutions”! That’s what I call total control.
Unless we start saying, “enough is enough”, things will just keep getting worse, and worse!
Do not follow these corrupt Coronavirus laws that were intentionally designed to strip you of your hope, free will, and knowledge of God-given rights!
